With a vibrant atmosphere and an impressive menu of creatively crafted mochi waffles, Mr. Waffle is a spot you won't want to miss.
As I stepped inside, the friendly smiles of the staff immediately set the tone for a warm and welcoming experience. The aroma of freshly cooked waffles filled the air, inviting me to explore the mouthwatering offerings. From the moment I laid eyes on their menu, I was struck by the uniqueness of their creations. The Banana Nutella Almond Waffle, loaded with layers of Nutella, fresh bananas, almonds, and whipped cream is a divine treat, perfect for those indulgent mornings. And let’s not forget about the Grandma's Apple Pie Waffle, featuring housemade frosting paired with PNW apples and Biscoff crumbles — a nostalgic twist that truly elevates the waffle game.
But the delights at Mr. Waffle don't stop there. Their signature drinks are equally tantalizing. I couldn't resist trying the refreshing Lemonpassionfruit Fizzy, a bright blend of passion fruit puree, local honey, and sparkling water — a perfect complement to any waffle dish. Customers rave about their iced coffees and unique juices served in charming little buckets, adding to the fun atmosphere.
What truly excites me about Mr. Waffle is the community feel. Customers like David O and Julie Chen sing praises about not only the food but also the friendly service and inviting vibe. “ We got here early morning. The waffles were incredible. That Hot Chicks was amazing and so was the Sunday Morning. ”
“ Best Waffles in Seattle! Super friendly shop & nice vibe! Fun place to enjoy breakfast or a snack! Highly recommend their Strawberry Kisses and Grandma's Apple Pie! Pick up a bag of their Signature Mochi Waffle Mix while you're there! You wont regret it! ”
“ Newly opened waffle shop right by Pike Place Market!! The waffles are SO good and they have some really delicious fruit juices in fun little buckets. We got the OG waffle (just syrup) and the Sunday Morning (banana nutella waffle) as well as the lemonade and passion fruit drinks. Can’t wait to come back! ”
“ This was a great experience for me. Everyone definitely has their own perspective, but the food was fresh and great. The drink I had was amazing. The service was top notch although they were busy. Answered my questions and provided more information than needed. Only drawback was I wish there was more of a portion ”
“ I adore Hashtag Waffles. They are as delicious as they look! The team is so friendly and the drinks are phenomenal! Save your bucket cup and they will give you a re-fill too, which I think is super cool. Especially for those fun market days, Hashtag will become your back to home base hydrate and snack spot! Thank you for being in Seattle Hashtag Waffles, you add such a special place to this city. ”
“ Amazing delicious waffles! All 3 kinds we tried were excellent. The coffee and lemonade were also great. The employee was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! ”
“ I like the idea, the waffles, and the service, however I thought the waffles were too expensive. I like them, they look cute, and it was easy to order. However, I think this store could have more customers if they reduced the prices of the waffles ”
“ Ok dining space. Good waffles. Better toppings. Chill service. Great experience. I tried both a savory and a sweet style waffle and nothing more so I dont have much to say about anything but their waffles. Probably my favorite chicken and waffles ive had, but not by a lot. The sweet apple waffle was also really good. I appreciate that the waffles and ingredients are already pretty cut into even bites which made my experience that much better. Way less mess and faster to eat. Ill have to come back to sample some of their other offerings next time. I like the interior decoration and how clean everything is, but beware it is small. So small there isnt table seating. Just bar top styled seating for maybe 10 ish people for the whole restaraunt. Feels like a small ramen bar. So small there isnt really room to wait in line to order. Oh yea, you have to order from a touchscreen kiosk. I think there are 2 machines. It was an easy enough process. The only thing I wanted more of was more savory options and for the spicy chicken to be a hit spicier or maybe a spicy sauce on the side. Either way my food was delicious. Filling??? Not so much. 3 hours after eating i was ready for another meal, but it was good enough. For the price I felt like I got my monies worth. Oh, and I didn't notice a restroom so I had to run to the market after eating. Oh yea, good luck finding parking. Probably the hardest time finding parking that ive had in a long time. Luckily its the pikes area so its worth the adventure. ”
